Obtained his professional qualification through articleship with one of the big four accounting firms where he had served a period of nine (9) years. Subsequently, he joined a local financial institution in 1990 holding a managerial position in the Financial Control Department during which period the Bank was involved in an initial public offering exercise. In 1991, he left the Bank after successful completion of the corporate exercise and was offered a position as an Executive Director in a management consultancy and secretarial company. In 1993, on obtaining his audit licence he was admitted as a partner of a public accounting firm. During his tenure in public practice he was actively assisting small and medium scale enterprises on business restructuring, organisational development and nurturing them in their various stage of corporate development. In 1996, he activated SH Yeoh & Co with a team of experienced and qualified personnel in their own areas of expertise involved in corporate tax planning and compliance, corporate secretarial, internal audit and management consultancy. He has assisted in the public listing exercise of four (4) companies on the Second Board of the Bursa Malaysia of which two (2) companies have been transferred to the Main Board.

After he graduated from Tunku Abdul Rahman College, he was attached with a medium sized audit firm in Kuala Lumpur for a period of two (2) years. Subsequently, he joined another medium sized accounting firm in Penang in 1993 as an Audit Supervisor. In 1995, he was promoted to Assistant Audit Manager and in the same year he was admitted as an associate member of Chartered Association of Certified Accountants (ACCA), UK. He was subsequently promoted to the position of Audit Manager in 1996. He joined SH Yeoh & Co in the same year as Audit Manager and was promoted to the position of Audit Principal in 1998. He was subsequently admitted as a partner in the firm on 1 January 2002.

She joined a medium sized audit firm in Kuala Lumpur as an audit assistant in 1992. On returning to Penang, she joined a tax consulting company as tax assistant in 1993. She was promoted to Assistant Tax Manager in 1995 and admitted as an associate member of Chartered Association of Certified Accountants (ACCA), UK in the same year. In 1996, she joined SH Tax Services Sdn Bhd and was promoted to the position of Tax Manager. She is actively involved in personal and corporate tax planning including application for various tax incentives under the Promotion of Investment Act, 1986, Income Tax Act, 1967 and tax investigation assignments including preparation of capital statement for clients. She is presently holding the position of Tax Director.

He joined one of the big four accounting firms in 1975 where he has served for a period of fifteen (15) years in various positions up to the post of Audit Manager. In 1991, he joined a local public listed company which is involved in the container haulage business as group internal auditor with the responsibility for setting up the Internal Audit Department. In 1993, he was appointed as regional manager for the northern region operation. From 1995, he worked as an independent consultant principally engaged in carrying out the financial component of feasibility studies for manufacturing projects. He joined SH Yeoh & Co in 1996 as a Technical Director responsible for ensuring compliance with approved accounting and auditing standards as well as advisory on consulting assignments.

Articled with one of the big four accounting firms, he qualified as a Certified Public Accountant in 1982 and left the firm as Audit Manager in 1989. He then joined a plantation management company as a Senior Accountant in charge of Estates’ Head Office accounting, treasury management and internal audit functions. He was also involved in conducting feasibility studies both locally and overseas for plantation and palm oil mill projects. From 1992 to 1997, he served as Group Chief Accountant in a local established group of companies, involved in manufacturing and marketing for fast-moving consumer goods, beverage and confectionery products. He was responsible for providing financial advice to the Group Managing Director for strategic management decisions as well as overseeing the financial and accounting activities of the Group. Since then, he was involved in professional practice in various capacities ranging from accounting, audit, management consultancy and taxation.

She has served over 35 years in the Inland Revenue Board of Malaysia ("IRB") and her last position is Principal Assistant Director of the Penang branch, before her retirement in 2016. During her tenure in the IRB, she has held position as an Audit Manager in charge of the Payroll Taxes Unit, Field Audit and Desk Audit Unit. With her vast knowledge and experience in the field of Malaysian taxation, she is a frequent speaker for Malaysian Institute of Accountants ("MIA") and the Federation of Malaysian Manufacturers ("FMM") for their Seminars around the country and share her valuable experience and expertise on income tax updates and all other relevant taxation matters.

Articled with Price Waterhouse and qualified as a Certified Public Accountant in 1987 and was admitted as a member of MIA in June 1988. He left Price Waterhouse after 4 years of audit experience and joined KPMG as a Senior Auditor. While in KPMG he led a team of auditors to perform statutory audit and process control review and were also engaged in tax compliance and management consultancy work. In 1988, he joined a local company which specializes in health care as the accountant in charge of general accounting and treasury function and was responsible for setting up the company’s accounting processes and computerized system. In September 1989, he joined an American multi-national company as the accountant in charge of general accounting, treasury and tax compliance function and was promoted as a Director of the Company in 1997 when he took charge of the entire finance function overseeing the entire finance operation and was a key management staff supporting decision making process. During his tenure with the American MNC he was engaged as a Global Lead on SOX controls and processes and the Finance Lead on global HRMS/Payroll project. He successfully obtained tax holiday and governmental grant for the Company and was responsible for the successful conversion and implementation of new ERP and accounting system and the set-up of system at new sites. He joined SH Associates Consulting Sdn Bhd as an Associate Director in March 2018.

She commenced her tax career in 2003 where she joined PricewaterhouseCoopers Taxation Services Sdn Bhd in Penang as a Tax Associate. She was promoted to Tax Consultant (Assistant Manager) in 2006 and admitted as an associate member of CPA in the same year. In 2011, she joined SH Tax Services Sdn Bhd and was promoted to the position of Tax Manager in year 2012. She was subsequently promoted as Tax Senior Manager in 2016 and Tax Director in 2018. She is actively involved in personal and corporate tax planning including application for various tax incentives under the Promotion of Investment Act, 1986 and tax audit assignments. In addition, she assisted clients in the area of indirect taxes such as handling appeals to the Royal Malaysian Customs Department (RMCD) and implementation of GST, providing technical advices on GST issues and performing GST Health Checks.

She commenced her career in June 2007 where she joined SH Yeoh & Co as an Audit Assistant. However, she left the Firm on 2 August 2008 to pursue her Masters of Science in Accounting and Finance at UK. On completion of her studies, she joined SH Associates Consulting Sdn Bhd as a Consulting Senior Executive on 16 December 2010. She was promoted to Manager of Outsourcing Division on 1 April 2013, Senior Manager on 1 April 2016 and Director on 1 December 2019. She is a Chartered Accountant with the Malaysian Institute of Accountants. She has experience in providing accounting support services and payroll outsourcing services including payroll audit and Human Resource Consulting for a wide range of industries including manufacturing, industrial products, construction, investment holding, trading and engineering services. She had also assisted clients in the implementation of GST, providing technical advice on GST issues and handling GST appeal matters. She has experience in managing internal audit assignments for public listed companies and sizable SME’s companies.
